My very first call to Blue Country Insurance the later part of October of 2018, requesting to reopen my account with the business, I spoke with Yanic. He was very nice and patient with my questions and very helpful. He assured me everything would work out ok and that it would be an easy transition. He emailed me all the info that I would need; forms to complete and return, as well as several insurance options to choose from, and advised if I had any questions to either email or call him. We did converse back and forth several time as well as emails too. He even made himself available one evening so I could give him a call, because of my hours of work (9-5) it was difficult for me to reach him during the day. The remainder of our contact was through email, which worked out great. Yanic never made me feel like I was bothering him and certainly made me feel comfortable with his explanations in different options for us. Also, he did not make me feel pressured into taking one option over another. He always told me if I had any questions to let him know. We now have my/our coverage plan all worked out with his excellent expertise I am happy with the package we now have. Thank you very much for all your help and support.
